The Website provides an online marketplace for Trade Professionals of all types, and potential Customers who
are in need of their services.
By use of this site and services offered on the website, you agree and guarantee to have read, understood and
the terms as stipulated and that and are bound by the terms and conditions as set out below. If you do not
agree to be bound by these terms and conditions, you may not use or access our Service.
Definitions
- "Company", "requireatrade" ("us", "we", "our" and "ours") means Interweb Projects Limited, registered in
England No. 10511775 at KEMP HOUSE 160 CITY ROAD, LONDON, EC1V 2NX.

"Customers" means any person who submits or publishes a job on the Website for Trade Professionals.

"Job" means project/job submitted by a customer via our service.

"Users", "You", means anyone making use of the "requireatrade" Services.

"Service" means any procedure or service that is provided by "requireatrade" to Users, which includes,
but is not limited to: information, services and products provided through the Website, or by telephone
or email.

"Trade Professionals", "Tradesmen" and "Trades people" means any individual or business who registers
on the Website in order for work posted by Customers.

"Website" means the website requireatrade.co.uk and all the pages, content and sub-domains contained
therein.

"Expressing interest", "Expressed interest" means contacting, quoting or messaging a customer via our
Service.

"Lead", is a Job which we give you the opportunity to Express Interest in.

"Service Agreement", means any agreement reached between a tradesman and a customer on the
services to be performed. A service agreement can be reached by a verbal exchange in person, via
telephone, via an email or in the form of a written statement or contract.
User content

You agree to use the website only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the
rights of or restrict or inhibit anyone else's use and enjoyment of the website. Messages,
profiles, job descriptions and other content must be civil and tasteful.
- You understand that all postings, messages, text, files, images, photos, video, sounds, or other
materials ("content") posted on, transmitted through, or linked from "requireatrade", are the
sole responsibility of the person from whom such content originated. The use will be deemed
entirely responsible for all content that you post, email or otherwise make available via the
Service.
- You understand that "requireatrade" does not control, and is not responsible for content made
available through the service. Furthermore, the "requireatrade" site and content available
through the Service may contain links to other websites, which are completely independent of
"requireatrade". "Requireatrade" makes no representation or warranty as to the accuracy,
completeness or authenticity of the information contained in any such website.
- Under these terms, it shall be the client's own risk to engage in other third party websites. The
customer shall undertake to evaluate and bear all risks associated with, the use of any content,
that you may not rely on said content, and that under no circumstances will The Website be
liable in any way for any content or for any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of
the use of any content posted, emailed or otherwise made available via The website.

The website does not in way pre evaluate content before posting but that is not to say that they
will not have the power of control over the distribution of such content. The website shall thus
have discretion to remove any content that may be deemed inappropriate for any audiences that
we target. The discretion will be strictly guided by the both the letter and spirit of these
terms and conditions.
Accuracy of information

accuracy of the information on this Service, and are not liable for any problems or losses arising from
errors in the content.

In using the Services provided by "requireatrade", you acknowledge that "requireatrade" is not in any
way acting as the user's agent and will therefore not be liable to any damages and/or losses that may
occur later. The Customer shall be responsible for the choice of the professional they will choose to
work with and they will also make sure that the terms of their negotiations are befitting to their
arrangement. The website will therefore not be will not be involved or held liable for any Service
Agreement between the Customer and Trade Professional.

The website recommends that any Customer, before entering into a Service Agreement with any Trade
Professional, obtains confirmation of insurance cover, guarantees, qualifications and any other
necessary document. If you suffer any problems or losses as a result of not obtaining or verifying these
details, "requireatrade" will not be liable.
User Privacy

Any contact details given will not be displayed on the site or used for marketing purposes. It shall be
the user's responsibility to make sure that the referee has agreed to the sharing of their contact
information.

It is the responsibility of the Trade Professional to ensure that the referee is a genuine client. We
perform a number of checks to ensure this. It is at our sole discretion whether comments from the
referee will be posted.
User agreement

The user hereby agrees by using the website that they are solely undertaking the responsibility for
making payments as and when they shall be required to without fail. The user agrees unequivocally to
abide by the terms as shall be stated by the website. The website upon failure by a member to make
such payments as will be required shall have discretion to restrict the user's ability to gain from the
website and such other use as the website may deem fit. You understand that we only accept payment
by credit/debit card or payment by phone. By designating a card to be billed, you confirm that you are
authorized to make such a purchase.

You agree to receive all invoices by email to the email address you have given to us. It is your
responsibility to ensure that this email address is working correctly.
Failed and disputed payments
All queries about disputed payments will be strictly handled by our team and as such, the user is advised to
contact the website management on the contact page available on the website. Should any payment method you
use fail or is later reclaimed by the bank or card issuer you agree to pay any costs incurred by us plus a £30
administration fee.
Limitations
The website has discretion and mandate to establish and implement restrictions and conditions for the use of
the website. This shall include but will not be limited to the maximum number of days that content will be
retained by the website, the maximum number and size of postings, email messages, or other content that may
be transmitted or stored by the Website, and the frequency with which you may access the website.
You agree that we shall not be liable for any loss or damages arising from the provision (or non-provision) of any
part of the service, including loss of profit or consequential loss or damage.
Intellectual Property

The Website in material has all ownership of all intellectual property rights as accrued under
the law and as relating to this website. These materials shall include, but will not be limited to
the designs, text, database, graphics and layouts, and you agree not use or copy any part
thereof without our express permission.

The intellectual property rights on postings, messages, text, files, images, photos, video, sounds,
or other materials ("content") Users upload to the Site are retained by the copyright owner,
and these are added to the site by Users at their own risk. In doing so you are giving expressed
and irrevocable permission for us to store, display and use the content.
Dealings with organizations and individuals

Your interactions with organizations and/or individuals found on or through the Website, including
payment and delivery of goods or services, and any other terms, conditions, warranties or
representations associated with such dealings, are solely between you and such organizations and/or
individuals.

You agree that requireatrade.co.uk shall not be responsible or liable for any loss or damage of any sort
incurred as the result of any such dealings. If there is a dispute between Users on this Website, or
between Users and any third party, you understand and agree that requireatrade.co.uk is under no
obligation to become involved.

In the event that you have a dispute with one or more other Users, you hereby release The website, its
officers, employees, agents and successors in rights from claims, demands and damages (actual and
consequential) of every kind or nature, known or unknown, suspected and unsuspected, disclosed and
undisclosed, arising out of or in any way related to such disputes and/or our service.
Law and Jurisdiction
The terms and conditions as set out below herein will be covered by English law. Any dispute and/or issues as
will arise as consequence of an agreement so created by use of these terms will be governed and construed in
accordance with English law. English Courts shall have exclusive mandate to preside and adjudicate on any
matter arising therewith. If any provisions hereof are held to be illegal or unenforceable such provisions shall
be severed and the remainder of this Agreement shall remain in full force and effect unless the business
purpose of this Agreement is substantially frustrated thereby
Feedbacks
All Trade Professionals will be subject to feedback evaluations from Customers if, after expressing interest, a
Service Agreement is reached to carry out some or the entire services as will be advertised or similar or
related work.
All feed backs will be reviewed, automatically calculated by website and rated by 5 star system.
All Users understand that any use of profanity, libelous behavior, illegal activity, or any other form of abuse of
the feedback function or any other part of the website may be banned from further use and reported to the
authorities, if applicable
Termination or extension of service

The User agrees that the website in all possible consideration and discretion shall have the right to
deactivate the user’s account for various infringement of the regulations set for use of the website.
Additionally, the user’s email may be blocked at the website’s discretion following conduct that fails the
spirit and the wording of these terms and conditions for any conduct that expressly violates the law.
Such action shall be visited on the user without any notification.

Further, the user agrees that the website shall not be liable to them or to such other third party to use
the website once their use has been restricted by the website. The user after having been terminated
shall make sure that they do not make any attempts to effect use of the website in any way whatsoever

If service not terminated by Website or User, service will be extended automatically. Service can be
terminated by User giving 31 day notice to Website before expiration date.
Changes
The Website shall reserve the right to change clauses under these terms and conditions from time to time.
The user shall be required to regularly check for any updates for easy use of the website as constituted. Any
significant variations in the terms and conditions will be followed by notification emails to all active Users.
